Through unflinching gazes, assertive gestures, and symbolic choices, they confront the viewer — refusing passivity, silence, or simplification. These works challenge expectations of how women should be seen by showing how they choose to be seen. In ritual, in bite, in crown — each figure claims the right to be witnessed on her own terms.
